- Bolt: 1/4″ – 28 plated steel.
- Spring: Plated steel.
- Nut: 7/16″ hex, nylon insert, plated steel locknut.
- Trunnion: Plated steel.
- Installation torque is 75.0 in.-lbs. or 8.5 Nm
Description
Spring-Loaded T-Bolt Clamps
Spring-Loaded T-Bolt Clamps are designed to compensate for the expansion and contraction of hose caused by temperature and/or hose cold flow. They are installed in silicone hoses on charge air cooling/air to air, after cooling systems, and primary engine coolant systems. Spring-Loaded Clamps provide high strength and corrosion resistance.
Spring-Loaded T-Bolt Clamps Material:
- .025 Band Thickness
- (19mm) band width heavy duty springs
- Band Material: 300 stainless
- T-bolt&Spring: Carbon steel w/ zinc plating
- Housing (Bridge): 300 Stainless
- Hex nut: Carbon Steel, Nylon insert
- Torque rating: 150 in-lbs (8.5 mm)
