47-51mm Rubber Lined Split Clamp M8+M10 W1
Rubber lined split clamp is mainly used with light steel pipe or CPVC pipe, and it is lined by EPDM to reduce noise and vibration as DIN 4109/ISO 3822-1. Two set screws are equipped for quick installation.

EPDM Lining
Techi clamps are equipped with high-grade EPDM lining, which delivers significantly longer service life compared to commercial-grade rubber used by some other manufacturers.
Reinforced Ribbed Design
Both halves of the clamp feature integrated ribs for enhanced structural strength and rigidity.
Extended Thread Engagement
All Techi split clamps are designed with extended thread engagement on the upper half lips. This ensures safer installation compared to standard clamps with minimal thread contact, and effectively prevents loosening caused by minor vibrations commonly encountered in piping systems that may lead to thread wear over time.
Twin-Thread Suspension Nuts
Clamps suitable for pipe ODs from 65mm to 116mm are fitted with M8+M10 twin-thread suspension nuts (as shown) for greater installation flexibility.
Slotted-Cross Head Side Bolts
Side bolts are designed with a slotted-cross head for easier operation and installation.
Custom Stainless Steel Options
Custom-designed split clamps in SS 304 / 316 stainless steel are available upon request.
