Group STAUFF 5S Twin Series Stacking Bolt – Type AF
For Use with Heavy Safety Locking Plate SIP,3016-PP-SIP-AF-M-W3 | 5/8 T STACKING ASSEMBLY WITH METRIC THREADS
Stacking Bolt is used in combination with the Safety Locking Plate type SIP. The bolt is available in various lengths and qualities and is used to fix Stauff Block Clamps from the Heavy series. The combination with the safety locking plate SIP ensures a solid and secure mounting of the block clamps.This Stacking Bolt can be used for the heavy pipe clamp groups 3S to 10S from the Heavy series.

Group STAUFF 5S Twin Series Stacking Bolt Installation Instructions
- Confirm model, thread specification and dimensions match the STAUFF 5S twin pipe clamp assembly
- Align the external male thread of the stacking bolt with the lower pipe clamp fitting and tighten appropriately
- Screw the next layer fastener into the internal female threaded hex head to continue stacking pipe clamps
- Use a standard hex wrench to apply proper torque (avoid over-tightening to prevent thread damage)
- Complete multi-layer pipe clamp assembly and verify structural stability before pipe loading
- Follow local mechanical and plumbing codes for pipe support installation
